• Items allowed in this venue include: factory sealed plastic bottle of water (one per person), food in a clear plastic bag, umbrellas, and low profile lawn chairs (no higher than 9 inches from the ground). The first 200 lawn guests will receive a free lawn chair voucher courtesy of Comcast and the PNC Bank Arts Center.
• There is no camping permitted on the premises.

  Take the Ben Franklin Bridge to Route 38 East, to Route 73, to New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 7A, to Route 195 East to Garden State Parkway North to Exit 116.
• Acceptable forms of payment include: Visa?, MasterCard?, American Express, Discover, and cash. All credit card purchases require proper photo identification. $5.00 Box Office Fee per ticket is applicable at the PNC Bank Arts Center Box Office; fees will vary by point of purchase.
• Parking for guests with disabilities is available with proper state identification. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Look for the easy to follow signs when entering the facility or ask any parking personnel for assistance. We also allow drop off and pick up upon request.
• Ride NJ Transit's North Jersey Coast Line train to the Aberdeen/Matawan station. PNC Bank Arts Center provides free shuttle bus service directly to our front gates. The shuttle bus will start running continuously two hours before show time until after the performance. The last shuttle bus leaves the PNC Bank Arts Center at 11:30 p.m. even if the performance is still in progress.
• In compliance with New Jersey State Law, anyone under age 21 will not be served alcohol. Violators will be removed from the premises. A valid ID is required to purchase alcohol.
• We have a strict no refund or exchange policy. All shows are rain or shine. If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be offered.
• For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. All other children must have a ticket.
• The reputable staff of USI is on hand to ensure the safety and comfort of all fans at PNC Bank Arts Center. If you need assistance, please see any USI representative stationed throughout all areas of the venue. The security office is located on the main plaza.

• We offer wheelchair accessible seating in the orchestra, loge and lawn, and accessible restrooms, water fountains and concessions. Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide their own and a companion to assist with transportation if necessary.
• Parking Rate: $6.00. Premier Parking: $30.00 per car / $40.00 for limos (when available)
• Generally, re-entry to the venue after exiting is not permitted. For special circumstances, please visit a Guest Services representative.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the amphitheater or within the Family Zone areas of our lawn. The Arts Center has a no tolerance policy for anyone engaging in illegal activity.

• First aid is located on the right side of the main plaza. The first aid station is staffed by certified personnel from The Monmouth Ocean Hospital Services Corporation (MONOC).

• Permanent concession areas are found in the North and South Plazas and on either side of the lawn. Satellite concessions are located throughout the venue including the Main Plaza.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: sharp or dangerous items, laser pointers, professional cameras, audio or video recording devices, coolers, cans and bottles.
• Tailgating is permitted, but no alcohol is permitted on the premises. All parking areas are monitored by New Jersey State Troopers. The parking lots will open two hours prior to gates opening.
• ATM's are located on main plaza as well as concession areas.
• Proper attire is required to enter the facility. All guests must wear pants or shorts, shirt and shoes.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
